Lee Hanee’s latest action comedy <Extreme Job> directed by Lee Byeong-heon and distributed by CJ Entertainment which has recorded top second domestic box office hit among all time released Korean films was released overseas. At the same time, her latest aired tv-series <The Fiery Priest (directed by Lee Myung-woo and written by Park Jae-beom) had a strong kick-off.
After its successful release in home ground on Jan 23 and USA on Jan 25, <Extreme Job> was opened consecutively in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. The film is also scheduled to be released in Hongkong and Philippines.
Receiving great reactions from the audience for her impressive performance in the movie, the actress starred in a new SBS drama <The Fiery Priest> to continuously attract the viewers. Premiered on Feb 15, the 20-episode show scored top rating of 20.6% according to Nielson Korea. In this mystery comedy about a hot tempered Catholic priest and a bumbling detective who join forces to solve a murder, Hanee plays an ambitious yet lovely prosecutor Park Kyeong-seon.
